The 14% management fee applies only to short-term stays of 1–29 nights. For stays of 30 nights or more, pricing switches to the monthly base rate instead of multiplying the nightly rate by 30, and there is no management fee. For mid-term stays, the optional one-time pet fee is $150 total for up to 2 approved pets, or $300 total for 3 or more. For long-term stays, the one-time pet fee is $300 total for up to 2 approved pets, or $500 total for 3 or more. Pet fees do not apply to qualifying assistance animals. Rates can change for holidays, major Las Vegas events, dates, stay length, occupancy, utilities, and approved pets. The complete total is disclosed before booking.
